DELIVERY
What delivery options are available?
Shipping fees are free for orders over 100€ sent via STANDARD delivery (to destinations in metropolitan France).
If you would like EXPRESS delivery, in 24 hours or less, the fees vary according to the address and the weight of the package.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery is free for orders over 100€ to any destination in metropolitan France.
Your order will be sent within 5 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) after confirmation. For example, if you place and order on a Wednesday, your items will be delivered the following Wednesday at the latest.
Standard delivery to France is free for orders over 100€ regardless of the size and weight of the package.
For orders of less than 100€, packages are delivered via the French post service and tracking is not available. For orders over 100€, your delivery is sent via Colissimo or by TNT with a tracking number. When your order is posted, you will receive an email containing a link that will allow you to access delivery tracking information.
Your order may be delivered at any time during the day between 8am and 6pm. A signature is required upon delivery.
If you are absent when the delivery arrives, a note will be left informing you of the new delivery/collection date.
Unfortunately, deliveries are not possible on public holidays. In this case, the order will be delivered the following day.
FAST DELIVERY
For destinations within metropolitan France, your order will be delivered within 3 business days after confirmation (excludes weekends and public holidays). For example, if you place an order on a Wednesday, your items will be delivered the following Monday at the latest.
Fast delivery fees within France are 9€ regardless of the size and weight of the package.
Fast delivery is sent via Coliposte or TNT and includes automatic delivery tracking. When your order is posted, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Your order may be delivered at any time of the day between 8am and 6pm. A signature is require upon delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Within central Paris we offer a coursier service for delivery under 3 hours with an appointed time between 1pm and 6pm. This service costs 20€.
In metropolitan France (outside of central Paris) the delivery is sent within 24 hours via either Chronopost or TNT and the rate is calculated according to the weight of the package. For international deliveries, we use Chronopost or TNT and the price of the delivery depends on the destination and weight of the package.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The shipping fees depend on the weight of the package, the shipping destination and your choice of delivery method (fast or express).
Our partners only deliver between 7am and 7pm and may ask for a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped via the appropriate delivery service, according to the size and weight of the package. Once the package has arrived in your country, it will be sent to you through the standard domestic postal service. If you are absent when the delivery arrives, a note will be left informing you of the new delivery/collection date. For deliveries to Switzerland, the taxes or duties that may be incurred are not covered by MMS SARL and must be paid for by the customer.
What parcel delivery services do we use?
Our deliveries are sent via the French postal service, TNT, UPS and the courier company (within central Paris) according to your chosen delivery option.
Is your package insured during transportation?
Insurance during transportation is included in the price.
When is your package dispatched?
We know that you just can't wait for your items to arrive!All orders are transmitted to our processing team as soon as they are confirmed and forwarded to your selected delivery service by the end of the day so that you’ll receive it as soon as possible.
From Monday to Friday, orders are dispatched on the following business day. All orders received between 8am on Friday and Sunday night will be posted on Monday night. We will send you an email once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email will indicate the selected delivery method and the tracking number for your delivery. You can also access this information by clicking the tab "Track my order" through your online account.
If you have paid by cheque, the items will not be sent until the cheque is received and has been processed by the bank. For payments made by bank card, items will be dispatched upon confirmation of the payment by Mollie or upon receiving the bank transfer.
How to check the status of your delivery?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive email confirmation in which the tracking number of the Coliposte, TNT, Chronopost or UPS delivery is provided. This reference number is also accessible from your customer account, through the section "my orders".
With this reference number you can find out the status of your delivery online on the website of the shipping partner chosen (Ups, Fedex, Tnt etc).
What happens if you're not home when the package is delivered?
For deliveries via Coliposte, the package can be sent to your home or office. If you are not home when the delivery arrives, a delivery notice will be left in you letter box. This card indicates the time and date that the attempted delivery was made and indicates the post office from which you can collect the package. To collect your package, simply take the card and proof of identity to the post office specified.
If you chose the courier option, the package is delivered either to your home or to your workplace at a time that will be arranged in consultation with our team once your order has been confirmed. If you are not home when the courier comes to deliver the package, it will be sent back to our offices and the delivery fees will be billed to you a second time. Delivery by courier is only available in central Paris between 10am and 6pm.
If your package is sent via TNT, it will be delivered to your home or to your office. If you are not home when the delivery arrives, a delivery notice will be left in you letter box. This card indicates the time and the date that the delivery was made and lists the contact details for TNT. You will need to contact them either by phone, using the number provided, email or fax in order to arrange another delivery time.
If your package is delivered by Chronopost, it will be delivered to your home or to your office. If you are not home when the delivery arrives, a delivery notice will be left in you letter box. This card indicates the time and the date that the delivery was made and lists the contact details for Chronopost. You will need to contact them either by phone, using the number provided, email or fax in order to arrange another delivery time.
